<span style="font-family: Trebuchet MS;">Polvilha com farinha de rosca e queijo ralado.</span><br />
<span style="font-family: Trebuchet MS;">Forno pré-aquecido por mais ou menos 30min.</span><br />

<span style="font-family: Trebuchet MS;">Coloque 1/2 litro de água e cozinhe na panela de pressão por 30min aproximadamente. Depois de cozido desfie o peito de frango ou pique-o e reserve o caldo.</span><br />
<span style="font-family: Trebuchet MS;">Em seguida, coloque em uma panela grande o azeite, os temperos (menos o cheiro verde), os tomates, o frango desfiado, palmito, ervilhas e as azeitonas.</span><br />
<span style="font-family: Trebuchet MS;">Adicione o caldo reservado e deixe ferver.</span><br />
<span style="font-family: Trebuchet MS;">A parte, coloque as farinhas em uma vasilha, junte metade do caldo, mexa bem e junte essa mistura ao caldo restante da panela e mexa até desprender do fundo da panela.</span><br />
<span style="font-family: Trebuchet MS;">Unte uma forma de buraco no meio com azeite, enfeite o fundo com palmito, ervihas e azeitonas e coloque a massa do cuscuz. Aperte bem com uma colher e depois de morno desforme-o.</span><br />
